Sumud, meaning resilience, is a Sawaed19 initiative connecting Palestinian nonprofits with global NGOs to foster solidarity. It empowers Palestinian NGOs, facilitates knowledge exchange, creates sales opportunities, and encourages virtual and in-person volunteering to support Palestinian products and initiatives.
what are the activities

Virtual Volunteering
Through Sawaed19’s platform individuals in Ireland can browse and engage in various volunteering opportunities offered by Palestinian NGOs such as remote mentoring, content creation, language translation, and online skill-based training

International Sales Points
Establish sales points in countries outside Palestine to showcase and sell Palestinian NGO products, collaborating with local retailers and fair trade organizations to promote traditional crafts, artisanal goods, and agricultural products.

Experience Sharing Workshops
Organize workshops where nonprofits in the network share experiences and best practices on fundraising, project management, community engagement, volunteering management and advocacy.
