From Passion to Action…
Sawaed is an always-on platform connecting high-quality talents with organizations. We actually you with the people interested in your initiative as well as recruiting volunteers for your organization. We’re headquartered in Nablus, Palestine and looking forward to serve Palestinians wherever they are.
The first time we sensed there was a problem with volunteering in Palestine, was back in 2009 through a university course called “Community Service”. As a youth, the sky is the limit for us. And instead of getting advantage of this energy, the owner of this course preferred to give us a non-value-added task.
Here comes Sawaed to the rescue. Sawaed team believes that voluntary work shall be managed in a systematic way that mutually benefits the organizations and volunteers. We do this by matching individuals who want to give more with institutions that need those skilled people. Through simple steps, organizations can join our community, look for matching volunteers and share their current initiatives. While on the other hand, volunteers can find matching opportunities, compete for social good and develop professional skills.
