من نحن؟
الروح وراء سواعد19
سواعد19 شركة ناشئة فلسطينية في مجال التكنولوجيا الاجتماعية، تُعيد صياغة مفهوم تنظيم العمل التطوعي وتقديره.
تأسست سواعد19 عام 2021 في نابلس، فلسطين، وترتكز على العمل التطوعي الشعبي منذ عام 2019. نربط المتطوعين والمنظمات غير الربحية والمؤسسات في منصة رقمية واحدة تُعزز العمل المدني وتُحتفي بقيم التطوع.
لا نكتفي ببناء الأدوات، بل نبني ثقافة المواطنة الفاعلة والتمكين الرقمي.
وُلدت في فلسطين. وصُممت
من أجل صنّاع التغيير.
التطوع القائم على المؤهلات
تطوعت هبة في مهرجان نابلس من خلال دورة خدمة اجتماعية في الجامعة. تؤمن بأن مهمتها يمكن أن تكون أكثر إنتاجية وتخدم المجتمع بكفاءة.
2009
نحو منصة تطوعية متخصصة
بعد أكثر من 5 سنوات، شاركنا في العديد من برامج التطوع الدولية والإقليمية والمحلية، وتشكلت الفكرة
2014
جعلنا واثقين من أنفسنا ونفكر بشكل إبداعي
وبما أننا فشلنا في تشكيل الفريق، فقد فشلنا في الحصول على الدعم والتوجيه، واستغرق الأمر منا وقتًا طويلاً للبدء والتعلم بطريقة صعبة.
